This notice explains how Compass MedTech & Co collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We keep the information we collect to a minimum and never sell it.

  • anything you tell us in your message

  • to reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can help

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your consent.

4. Our lawful basis

We use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business enquiries. Where you ask us to provide services, we also rely on taking steps to enter into, and then perform, a contract with you or your organisation.

5. Who we share it with

We only share your information where necessary, with:

  • service providers who host our website and email, under contracts that protect your data
  • associates and specialists working with us on your project, with your agreement
  • professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

6. How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we keep your details for up to two years and then delete them. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and for up to six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
  • ask us to transfer it to another organisation
